Had the toilet replaced. In and out in under one hour. Serviceman, Jared was professional and polite. Highly recommend this company to anybody.

I called Whipple out as a second opinion and they went further to figure out what was going on. I appreciate the effort to diagnose my water heater issues while the other company spent 5 minutes and said they couldn’t do anything. I’ll certainly call them back when I need a repair.

Our water softener sprung a leak at 12:00 AM, and John from Whipple had it fixed by 1:30 AM. He was quick, knowledgeable, and very professional. Can’t say enough about the service he provided.
